The place is nice, the staff too and the food looks good. However, I couldn't try it, because they advertise gluten-free food when the reality is that they have almost no gluten-free dishes. When asked about the methods of preparation: shared oven, lack of knowledge of the needs of celiac disease, they stated that "flour flies", etc. It's a shame because I couldn't trust everything they said afterwards or the allergen brands on the menu. When asking about traces at the beginning, they said that only the croquettes had them. But when trying to ensure if there were traces, for example in the oven, the answer was that everything had gluten, except the salads. With a little more training these problems could easily be avoided because I'm sure they put effort into doing it right and tried to be nice. They asked the fatal question that makes any celiac tremble: "What degree of gluten intolerance do you have?" If I just told you that I am celiac, there are no degrees... And if you don't know, you can't feed me with guarantees... and it's not worth giving me incomplete information about the traces to end up saying later that everything has traces. We purposely went to this restaurant because it is advertised as a place with gluten-free options and after thinking about the menu a thousand times, I had to order a salad of lettuce, fruit and nuts.
