Brittany’s Brick Oven Pizza - B-Bop’s

This place has unique pizza. I appreciate two gluten-free options (flour and cauliflower). The names of the pies are fun! I ordered the Schnabel Wobble. Description from menu: Named after my great friend and NOLA resident, Greg Schnabel. This New Orleans inspired pie has shrimp, bacon, andouille sausage, red and green onions. Instead of a red sauce, we use Susan's slightly spicy etouffee sauce. It was delicious! Our server was super friendly and fun. The dining room is small and loud. No reason not to go! The best part for me was when our server asked if we wanted dessert...I asked if there were any gluten free options fully expecting the answer to be no. Surprisingly, the answer was, "we have a peanut butter pie." I was so happy to even have an option, I jumped on it. It was huge. I shared it with someone and we each had what I would consider a serving. It was also only $4.99! Everything that other members of my party had was also good.

1st time but won't be our last time. I had Bookem Dano. Pineapple, bacon, ham and Red Onions. IT WAS FABULOUS! You have to try the appetizer called Garlic Cheese Bops. If you need Gluten Free pizza they have that too. Our waitress was Sarah.

Don't let the small size of this place fool you. It's worth the wait. What amazing pizza. My niece had the cauliflower crust gluten free and vegan cheese and was super satisfied. I had The Shrimper omg.....please give me two. Worth the wait and the staff was super accommodating and friendly. I hope I get to come back to Madison soon to enjoy this pizza.
