Brittany’s Brick Oven Pizza - B-Bop’s

1st time but won't be our last time. I had Bookem Dano. Pineapple, bacon, ham and Red Onions. IT WAS FABULOUS! You have to try the appetizer called Garlic Cheese Bops. If you need Gluten Free pizza they have that too. Our waitress was Sarah.

Don't let the small size of this place fool you. It's worth the wait. What amazing pizza. My niece had the cauliflower crust gluten free and vegan cheese and was super satisfied. I had The Shrimper omg.....please give me two. Worth the wait and the staff was super accommodating and friendly. I hope I get to come back to Madison soon to enjoy this pizza.

B Bop is a small cozy restaurant off the beaten path just north and west of Madison, IN. Friends, my wife and I were looking for a restaurant that offered gluten free options and B Bops came up on our search. Upon arriving, the restaurant had no seating available. We decided to order our pizza and if there was seating when the pizza was done, we would stay. We decided to get back in our car to take in some of the sights and return for our pizza in 30 minutes. To our surprise, when we returned, they came out and said they held a booth for us. They could have very easily given it up for another party. We sat down, they took our drink order and brought out our food...taking great care of avoiding cross contamination. The pizza was some of the best pizza I have ever had. The garlic knots were out of this world. Everything was fresh and hot. The owner himself came out and checked on us. The wait staff was very friendly. The deserts made by Susan was phenomenal! The customer first philosophy, the excellent food and friendly staff makes this a must stop when visiting Madison, IN! Thank you B Bops!!!
