Love Brixx. Since my discovery in 2023, I've been 6 times when I've been around the Raleigh area. I have Celiac, and they have 2 types or GF crust. I have not had a problem. The servers are well educated and helpful in ordering. The price is a lot for the size, and until there is a big shake up in the restaurant industry, as a gluten-free diner, we know we pay extra to stay safe. The wings go well with the pizza, too.

Okay, so don't go by my food rating. I made the mistake of ordering gluten free crust. That crust is absolutely garbage. I have had other pizza her and it has been much better.
