Broadway Pizza

We had a party of 15, celebrating a birthday. I think we had six large pizzas and one gluten-free for me. All of the pizzas looked fantastic. The service was exceptional. We did kind of have the place to ourselves. Kids had a blast playing games. The gluten-free crust is cauliflower based and quite good. I ordered a perfect pizza which they have available here at this location. Five toppings of my choice. They have an extensive list of toppings available at this location.. perfect! Barbecue pulled pork was a tasty choice on my pizza. They also have a good variety of sauces to choose from. Broadway will now be my go-to when I am craving a good Minnesota pizza with a highly palatable gluten free crust. I have found my pizza holy Grail. See my other pizza reviews.

Gluten free pizza that tastes good and isn't three times the price of regular pizza is hard to find anywhere, but especially in the Elk River area. We went to Broadway because someone left a review about the gf pizza tasting good and not being cross contaminated. To whomever left that review, thank you! There were absolutely no cross contamination issues, and the pizza was good. There's only one thing I would suggest. Leave the GF pizzas in for about 5 minutes longer. We had four pizzas over two separate visits (because they are individual sized pizzas) and the crust was a bit undercooked every time, and the cheese still had wiggle room for browning.
