What a wonderful location. Having heard about this brewery for a couple years i had an opportunity to speak with staff at a local event. Here I learnt they add an enzyme that reduces the gluten in their beer, which is not advertised on their cans.
Being celiac I have enjoyed three different reduced gluten beers and have yet to be contaminated.
