Brooklyn Pizza - Grill

The best gluten free pizza in Lancaster! I have tried at least 5 different gluten free pizzas around town and this one blows the others out of the water. Actually tastes like an authentic Italian pizza only the crust is a little on the crunchy side which is pretty standard for gluten free. However it doesn’t taste like cardboard like all the others- it has a really nice flavor. My husband (not gluten free) recommends the Brooklyn Full House pizza.

As someone who has recently switched to severely gluten-free, I'm very aware of your pizza joints. However, they are very confident and their ability to avoid cross-contamination, serve the gluten free pizza I ordered and its own individual foil dish, that was one of the first gluten-free pizzas that I actually enjoyed. Everyone else advertisers that thin crispy gluten-free crust. What about those of us actually like a thicker fluffier one? Theirs is more like that. Good job guys.

Unfortunately the gluten free crust was disappointing - thick, not a good texture and has garlic in it - which was not tolerable for me and my daughter.
