As someone who has recently switched to severely gluten-free, I'm very aware of your pizza joints. However, they are very confident and their ability to avoid cross-contamination, serve the gluten free pizza I ordered and its own individual foil dish, that was one of the first gluten-free pizzas that I actually enjoyed. Everyone else advertisers that thin crispy gluten-free crust. What about those of us actually like a thicker fluffier one? Theirs is more like that.
