I had the gluten free bagel because it's the only one I can eat and was so disappointed.
They don't make it themselves because it was a smaller size and obviously defrosted in the microwave. Yuck.
They charge an extra $2 and don't bother making it in house.

I absolutely love this bagel shop. If you need gluten free bagels, Brooklyn water bagels has plain and everything flavor. They've also got such amazing flavors of other bagels for those that don't need gluten free options. Lots of coffee options too! Staff is so friendly.
