I have ordered this before and gotten a decent sandwich. But tonight I tried to get my chicken cheesesteak wedge on gluten free bread, with grilled mushrooms and onions, add lettuce tomato and mayo... this is not it. Some how this only has bell peppers and the bread is hard as a rock. Didn't open it up until I got home around nine, and apparently that's when they stop answering the phone. Absolutely inedible. See how the bread cracked? Must have been too hard to fold.
Update. I want to repeat that I have ordered this same sandwich, always to go, on about 4 occasions in the past 6 months. I have never had an issue with texture before. This sandwich was burnt. The order was so completely wrong. Sounds like they refuse to hold their take out to the same standards as dine-in food.
