So, I've been here twice now. They have some really tasty beer - and I'm not really a beer drinker. I'm originally from the east coast and the west coast hops are pretty harsh. Most breweries of here seem to be competing for who can out do the next with who can be the hoppiest. Although these folks make IPAs, which I'm told are very good, and sours, which again, I'm told are very good, they also make a very lovely balanced pilsner that's just perfect for everyday drinking and a juicy hazy that's great on a hot day. And for those who like it a little dark... their Porter is rich and deep in flavor with amazing coffee notes. For food, there are food carts outside. Pizza (it is very popular based on my kiddo and the various pies scattered around the patio and indoor seating areas), a BBQ joint with a Cajun flair. I had this last time and it was pretty darn good. And a Bahn Mi sandwich joint with some epic looking sandwiches. And then the bowl/wrap spot where I ate today. Simply and delicious! Vegan, Gluten Free, but with options to add chicken. Great portion sizes and really great flavors. Pairs epically with the pilsner (unless you're GF, obviously). As a bonus, the facility is open to fun communities. Today a small group of furries are hanging out just doing crafts and enjoying each other's company in a safe space. ❤️
