The only quiche without onions is the spinach one. One option for gluten free was the pumpkin chocolate chip bread.

Coffee is not great, the food is all premade and heated up in the microwave there are way better options in Salida if you would like good coffee and meal. They also do not have any gluten free options for people who want GF.
