Browns Cardiff

Recently stayed at a Marriott hotel in Cardiff which was very pleasant but the breakfast experience was excellent. I am coeliac and asked Paula to help me with gluten free options. She was amazing and talked me through all the options and made sure I had everything I needed. She did it in a friendly way making me completely confident in what I was ordering. She went the extra mile. Paula is a real asset. Thank you Paula.

Superb customer service and delicious vegan and gluten free food.

Scott provided great service and was understaning of the fact that we has someone in the group with intolerances. The sunday roast was lovely and suitable for someone with dairy and gluten intolerances.
