Placed a takeout order for a salad and brownie and asked for my salad to be gluten free and without feta cheese. I checked the brownie when I got in the car and found the ice cream fully melted, but didn’t want to complain so I went home. Got the food home and found a piece of bread and small bits of feta in the salad. It’s things like this that make me especially frustrated that restaurants prompt for a tip on service you haven’t received, and orders/food that you don’t even know if it’s satisfactory yet. Unfortunately, I felt guilty not tipping so I paid extra for an order severely lacking in service. So disappointed.

So my wife and I stopped in for dinner on Friday. Not a lot of people when we arrived, maybe 10 tables. We waited about 10 minutes before being asked if we would like a drink. Order placed, another 10 minutes go by, my wife's drink arrives, but not my draft beer. They have to change the keg, no problem I'll wait. After another 5 minutes, I learn that the keg's not dispensing properly, so get asked if I can change my choice. Ok, it happens. We then order dinner. My wife is Celiac so ordered a gluten wise option. 45 minutes later, the meals arrive and her meal is cold. The kitchen did not appear to be very organized that night, lots of other tables seem to be waiting a long time as well while the kitchen put out lots of take out orders, not dine in. Normally we get great service here, but not this time. Will probably be awhile before we go back.
