Browns Socialhouse Chestermere

Absolutely horrible experience. I highly recommend finding another place to eat. First of all, they lie on their menu. If it says "G", it's supposed to be gluten friendly, well it's not. Their crispy chicken sandwich is not gluten friendly even with a gluten free bun. They did not inform me of this the last time I was there and gave me gluten. No where on the menu does it say the chicken will need to be replaced with a chicken breast. Secondly, they didn't have the drink mix for my drink and it took over 10 mins for them to come tell me that they didn't have it. The other people I was with completed their meal before my meal came out. I couldn't be more upset. I will never ever ever eat at another Browns Socialhouse again.

My friend and I both got gluten free food here and Angel was an exceptional server. She is very knowledgeable about food allergies and made us feel extremely comfortable dining here. We had an excellent experience here and we appreciate Angel for it.
