Hip little Bistro serving the best frites (fries) my wife and I have ever had in the west.
The waffles are not gluten-free so we couldn't try them, but the frites were perfect. Fried twice and cut fresh on-site, they were a perfect golden hue and deliciously crispy.
The selection of fry sauces are excellent, but these fries shone best with ketchup. Mmmm
Must stop in Sugar House if you like comfort food
