Incred wood fire pizza’s today over June long weekend. I’m a coeliac and have had A LOT of gluten free pizza bases in my time. Sam has created a really great blend for his GF bases and the ladies cooked it for me in a separate oven. Very appreciative!
The others in my party said their wood fire pizzas were great too. Big thanks to Bruny North cafe!!

Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life! They were super accommodating as I am celiac. They make their own gf dough and cook in a separate oven so it is celiac safe. Worth the trip to Bruny along with the stunning views!
