So, the Western Omelet was delightful- so cheesy! The sausage gravy on top was a wonderful touch. But- the kicker was the GF toast! It was soooooo good! I don't have Celiacs, but I have developed a sensitivity to gluten products, so I try to avoid them. The amazing bread did not make me feel like I was missing out!
