Crystal was our waitress. She was great. Very attentive and patient with our questions and great recommendations, especially for my wife with gluten sensitivity. We had the lamb chops, pork schnitzel and New York Strip. All were fantastic. The beef is MTX Beef. Excellent. Had the strip with no sauce. Very well seasoned and cooked perfectly medium rare. Garlic mashed potatoes. We’ve been looking for and failing to find a great steak in Fredericksburg and it’s actually in Johnson City at Bryan’s. Will be back. Heard the bone marrow is special. Will try that next. Oh, and the atmosphere is very nice. You’d feel very comfortable dressing up or casual.
