Brûlée Bakery

Brulee Bakery is a haven for anyone with a sweet tooth (or a need for delicious bread!). Everything they make is fresh, flavorful, and baked to perfection. I have to start with the Mexican Wedding Cookies. These melt-in-your-mouth treats are the perfect combination of buttery and nutty, and absolutely addictive! They're even better than grandma's (sorry, grandma!). For a more modern twist, I also tried the strawberry Pop-Tarts. Brulee Bakery takes this childhood favorite to a whole new level - flaky, buttery crust filled with real fruit and a perfectly sweet glaze. And Brulee Bakery isn't just about sweets! I love love love this bakery and every time I’m in Lubbock that’s three times a year. I hit this bakery and I bring a lot home. And I love the fact that they have gluten-free if you are in Lubbock I recommend you stop by.
