Bubba's Bar & Grille

Lots of daily specials, including appetizers, entrees, "adult beverages", etc., and when you add the specials to the regular menu items, you end up with a LOT of options. Quite a bit of fish & seafood, plenty of "land animals" (steak, chicken), some really yummy pasta choices, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas....I was pleasantly surprised in the number of options. There's something for everyone, including vegetarian and gluten-free. Located in Newbury Harbor allows access by boat in the summer, and a very short drive (5 min) from Mt. Sunapee in the ski season. The staff is very friendly & there's an eclectic group of "regulars", a la "Cheers" tv show. Nice views of Lake Sunapee.

Stopped at Bubba's for lunch while riding my motorcycle with my wife. The photo is from across the street, they do have their own parking lot. The food was very good quality and taste. Excellent value, with diverse menu chioces, we had trouble choosing from the tasty looking options. I had two appetizers, the seafood chowder and the crab cakes. Both were very good, the chowder was chock full of seafood. The crab cakes were good with a thin panko bread crumb crust. My wife had a chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon on a gluten free bun. They have other gluten free choices.
