As a person with Coeliac disease on a place with no bakery, this place was heaven. For my five day stay I had delicious pies, an enormous bacon and egg pie (also delicious), and the bread, ohh the sourdough bread... so good, thick with flavour were both the pumpkin loaf and the mozzarella loaf. Easy to slice finely for my sandwiches and slice thick for flavourful toast (wish I bought some butter 😊). Oh and the French stick I also bought that I ended up making damn fine croutes out of to float on French onion soup because I wouldn't be able to eat all my bread fast enough.
On top of this was a really friendly and wonderful owner who advised how best to cook the pies and even gave me some aluminum foil because I didn't have any at my motel.
So all in all a great experience and I'd highly recommend a visit.
Good news is she now has online ordering which I fully intend to do.
