Buc-ee’s

Stopped here for gas and snacks on September 8, 2021. Very clean facility and great customer service. I was recently been diagnosed with celiac disease. When I asked a gentleman at the brisket counter if he knew whether the rub they used contains gluten, he wasn't sure. He brought a manager over who immediately knew I could eat just brisket, no bun, no sauce. He requested a clean cutting board, clean knife and got a fresh brisket out of the smoker. He did all of this to insure there was no cross contamination. Brisket was delicious! Service was fabulous!
