I state my gluten intolerance. You're in Bologna, don't you want to eat ragù? Even if they didn't have tagliatelle, but who cares, good ragù as I like it and if it remains for the shoe all the better. Unfortunately the pasta was overcooked but being gluten free times change and maybe the timing in the kitchen slipped but it remains appreciated on my palate. The courtesy of S.G bread is not for everyone 😉 well done! Sore point about coffee, here I have to reject it... very little and bitter (if it's good I don't add sugar, here a whole sachet and cost out of €2.5) total €21 x 1 pasta 1 water and 1 coffee (cover charge €3) For the rest, the waiters were kind and super nice in their ways but a little too driven in "capturing" the sensation I perceived from passers-by.
