We ordered the cheese curds (for my partner) and the buratta and beets for myself (we came to try out brunch because I have celiac and the reviews and separate gluten free menu looked promising). Both of our appetizers were excellent in both flavor, texture and temperature.
For our brunch entrees my partner got the prime rib sandwich and I got the blackened perch & eggs with GF hash browns. The fish was cooked well but not well seasoned, eggs poached perfectly , but overall both breakfast entrees lacking in seasoning.
-the hash browns were disappointing, limp and not at all crisp, stale tasting and lacking flavor, very disheartening
-applesauce with the perch was salty and too acidic to be enjoyed
-our server was wonderful and provided prompt and courteous service but service from the kitchen was delayed and confused, forgetting an appetizer and also bringing out the wrong entrees and then also forgetting parts of order
-overall a disappointing first experience and in my honest opinion not worth $16-20 per breakfast entree, working in the culinary field myself I have a lot of respect for kitchen staff and I hope this constructive feedback can provide a better experience for others in the future
