Buckley's Great Steaks

My sincere apologies as this review is very late, but I just have to say how wonderful and accommodating Buckley's is!! I was a guest at the end of last month for a family member's birthday. we were upstairs and shared the space (very large hanging wall separating us) with another party. Had never been upstairs -spacious and beautiful and we still had a private room. What stood out to all of us the most was our server...... Stacey!!! Her sense of humor kept us all laughing. She was always around for drink/water refills and kept us updated on our food which took a little while but we were in no rush by any means. we had so much fun from start to finish and the picky birthday boy mentioned this was his best dining experience ever. gluten free allergies were accommodated; Stacey brought them AND boxed them separately to ensure no gluten contamination. Giving us all individual attention while still treating us as a party of 12 made our night and because of this we will all be back, which is saying something since some of us live out of state. thank you for a great time, great food and most importantly the best service! Ask for the cornbread bacon appetizer and stacey when you go, you won't be disappointed

We went to Buckley's for a Sunday night dinner and had fantastic meals. Buckley's offers gluten free items on their menu that are marked, and the servers are very helpful with determining which items you can eat. I eat gluten free and dairy free, so this was a bit of a challenge for Buckley's. I ordered some jumbo shrimp, a rib eye steak, asparagus and a baked potato. There were other sides I wish I could have tried, but they contain dairy. However, everything was delicious and cooked perfectly, especially the steak. My wife ordered the buttermilk chicken, and my friend ordered the beef stroganoff, and they absolutely loved their meals. The only thing I wish that would have made things better, for me at least, was if they had gluten free bread and more gluten free / dairy free desserts. Everyone has sorbet! Restaurants can do better in my opinion, especially when you are walking distance to a bakery that offers allergy free treats.

We had reservations. Our table was ready on time and there was a birthday card on the table for me. My husband must have told them it was my birthday. I was able to order my meal to accommodate for gluten and dairy free. My steak was cooked perfect. My daughter’s steak was not cooked enough and it was immediately taken care of. The staff checked in, but not too much. There is parking. It was tight, but adequate. The atmosphere was a little loud when we first arrived. As the evening progressed it became quieter. We will be dining here again!
