The gluten free bagels are store bought, they are not made in-house AND you have to pay $2 MORE on top of the price you pay for a bagel sandwich. So when I order a sandwich, the price assumingly includes the cost of a regular bagel, so you pay for that and an additional $2 for a GF bagel? Their salmon sandwich on a gluten free bagel cost me over $10!!! I recognize the higher cost of salmon increases the price (I believe it is $8), but $2 for a pre-package gluten free bagel that I could have bought from the grocery store is absurd. And now they individually package the gluten free bagels in saran wrap and put them on display, which seemed to be a recent development because in the past they have always pulled them out of a package of bagels. I suspect these are still the same store bought bagels.
Also, I've ordered the salmon bagel maybe 3 times and each time it wasn't made correctly (today it didn't have tomato or onion). Last time it only had salmon. The time before they gave the wrong bagel entirely. I will say, they were still good, but it seems the staff doesn't seem to know their own menu very well. Overall, I would eat there more regularly if the cost wasn't so unreasonable to be gluten free.
