Rachael went above and beyond to be helpful and was very kind, she went over the ingredients used in every sauce to make sure I was able to order something gluten free. The wings are crispy and the Hot Garlic and Sweet Garlic sauce were amazing! The 3 "Asian inspired" sauces all use soy sauce, which likely has wheat. They thicken them with cornstarch however. All wings are fried in a shared fryer.
