I usually love Buona but this location is a joke. Who tries to serve a warm milkshake??? When I called to complain about issues with our order, the manager immediately placed us on hold for 5+ minutes only to be rude and unwilling to help with the issue. I’ve been a frequent customer of Buona because they have gluten free options, but I will NEVER be visiting this location again after the awful experience. Shout out to the manager for trying to gaslight me into believing that the adult gluten free pizza should be less than 5inches (the children’s size)!

There is absolutely everything right with Buena Beef. Gluten Free-friendly. Delicious. High quality food at a fast food joint.
Go-to: gluten free burger with bacon and avocado. So tasty it can make time stop.
