I eat here way too often because they are just better than other places. I always feel like they looked at Portillos, figured out what it was missing and perfected it. The fries are always crispy. They have the gluten free pita as alternative to burger bun, which tastes 10x better than most gf buns. I always order delivery online and they have tons of rewards or discounts. They are always super fast delivery, the eta will say 45 min when ordering but it ends up getting here in 15-20 its awesome. The only time they made a mistake (forgot my fries) the manager was very kind and owned the mistake and they even sent a new driver out to bring us the fries and a cookie as an apology. Love this place

Walked in to order take out. Ordered a meatball on gluten free bread. I should have checked it prior to leaving. It was Italian beef. Wasn't sure if it was on gluten free bread or not. Had to throw away.
