New in Valparaiso. Specialty... Italian beef sandwiches. Choice of dry,, dipped,, or baptized, and gravy (broth) on the side.. Gluten free option would be the protein bowl. I've tried the bowl yes its very good. Chopped salad is 😋 delicious. If you're gluten free, remove pasta. Beef balls are yummy. Opened April 2023. Rainbow ice cream on the premises. Separate registers. If that's all you want, you can use their entrance. Plenty of seating inside and outside (weather permitting). Enjoy. We like italian beef sandwiches... yes, Buona Beef and yes, Portillos. Try them. Oh there is a kiosk at the Buona Beef counter if you're paying with card. That can be quick sometimes. Enjoy your meal ... lunch, dinner or snack. Bon Appétit.
