What a wonderful restaurant! We were a party of four, two of us coeliac, and looking for a Saturday night dinner before heading to a show. Buono came on our radar from a quick web search of gluten-free dining options in the Bayside area. The glowing reviews on-line were spot-on. Wonderful northern Italy-inspired fare. The homemade gluten-free pappardelle was so good we had to double check it really was gluten-free! Coffin Bay oysters, delectable potato rosti fingers, mushroom gnocchi, fish-of-the-day, kingfish risotto were all outstanding. Matched with friendly service, and a warm, welcoming vibe, we had a wonderful dining experience. One minor issue was because the restaurant was busy, it also seemed quite noisy but this might also reflect this reviewer's diminishing hearing!
