I needed to order for a school event and came across Vivacino. I called the business and explained the situation as there were some gluten-free kids in the group. The owner, Richard, was very patient and understanding, he even made suggestions to accommodate different dietary restrictions and advised on the portion to reduce waste. Due to a miscommunication on my end, the order was delivered 2 hours earlier than planned. The chef owner, Nimesh, contacted me and was so kind to re-deliver the food at the desired time. The event went well, and all the kids enjoyed the food very much. Will definitely do business again with Vivacino.
