While I have enjoyed their pizza, I asked in shop about their gluten free pizza for my son who has celiac. The man told me they take allergies very seriously and food has come a long way. He said to just give them extra time so they can take all precautions and mentioned to tell them its for an allergy.
Fast forward to today. I called early for a gluten free pizza and told them it was for an allergy. When it was picked up, we noticed it wasn't on a tray so I was worried. I called the restaurant and asked if its cooked on/in the same surface as gluten pies. I was told it is at the end to crisp up crust. (Which I appreciated their honesty.) BUT, that's not gluten free nor safe for allergies. Very dissapointed.
