my boyfriend has celiac (which i noted in the order) and i ordered him dinner for his birthday. lexi, the wonderful person that works here, called to let me know that their gluten free fryer was down and she wanted me to be aware of this, as i ordered fries for him. after a brief convo (she was a hoot btw), we agreed that she would refund me for the fries, as we didn’t wanna risk giving my boyfriend explosive diraerra as a birthday gift (lol). well! when my boyfriend got to the restaurant, they told him that they scrubbed down the fryer and made sure he was able to have gluten free fries. when i called them back and requested that they charge my card an extra $10 for an additional tip, they were so nice and asked me to leave a review instead. thanks everyone ! (they also left this cute note on his fries)

I have a very severe gluten allergy. I specifically requested a gluten-free bun, and when my burger arrived, I trusted that my food was safe to eat. I was starving and took a bite, only to immediately realize it was not gluten-free. I spit it out right away and informed the staff. The man I spoke to responded, “Was it supposed to be gluten-free?” — clearly showing he had not taken my allergy seriously. About 10 minutes later, a new burger was brought out, this time gluten-free. I cautiously ate it, but soon after, I became severely ill. I had to rush to the restroom, where I began violently throwing up as my body reacted to the gluten exposure. I have never been this sick at a restaurant that advertises itself as gluten-friendly. To make things worse, the manager offered meal coupons and called it a “learning experience” for the employee — as if that would undo the physical toll it took on me. They also commented, “Hopefully your Saturday isn’t ruined,” which felt incredibly dismissive. I absolutely hated my experience here. If you have a gluten allergy — do not eat here. Your health and safety are not treated with the seriousness they deserve.

Gluten friendly burgers at your service. Lexi was incredibly helpful and kind! She even advised me on the best gluten free options and offered substitutes to menu items so that I could also have the same experience!
