This spot offers a clean environment with great music that energizes the atmosphere. Staff are attentive, though there have been concerns about gluten-free options and staff knowledge. The lettuce bun option provides a notable alternative for gluten-sensitive guests.

We will not be visiting this restaurant again. The burgers were a big disappointment. We were looking forward to a big juicy burger and got a burger patty that was the likes of Burger King and way overpriced for what we got. McDonalds burgers are thicker than these. The gluten free buns were too thick and crumbly, there are better gluten free bun options like the ones they use at Steak and Shake. The fries were limp and greasy (they could learn from Five Guys on how to make good fries). $40 for two people to have a meal of burgers is insane. We also had to wait a very long time. At least 10 other people that ordered their food received their food before we did and we had to ask where our food was. The response was, "They are cooking it.' It was so bad I should have asked for a refund on the whole meal.

We stopped here for a quick bite having previously enjoyed BurgerFi at the Silver Spring and Leawood, KS locations. We were greeted immediately by staff, ordering two ultimate bacon cheeseburgers and a togo order as well. We inquired about gluten free buns for one of the burgers and learned that BurgerFi does have them, so we went with that. However I noticed on our receipt that the bun was listed as “wheat.” Concerned because wheat contains and is gluten, I asked before sitting down that the staff confirm we would get a gluten free bun and not a wheat bun. We were assured it would be gluten free. When we received our burgers it was clear that it was a wheat bun and worse, it was moldy. When staff came to check on our food I let them know it was moldy and that it definitely looked like it was not a gluten free bun. He confirmed that wheat buns were indeed gluten free but was happy to switch it out for a lettuce wrap and apologized for the mold. Upon his return he admitted the kitchen didn’t have gluten free buns at the time and that lettuce wraps were the best option. I truly know what it’s like to want to have the best answer for guests and fulfill requests but it’s a bit scary to be repeatedly told that the supposed allergy-friendly option contains what I am extremely allergic to. I hope that management can amend this by educating their staff on what is available for guests with these types of requests based on the menu and stock on a given day.
