Ordered 4 burgers for contactless pickup. 3 of the burgers were for gluten allergy meals and ordered as such. Either the food is not gluten free, or there is cross contamination, but at least one of our family is currently suffering. [Edit - we have reviewed the meal and think that the GF bun was given to the non-GF member of the family and the sick person received a normal bun]
If you are coeliac, I would not recommend getting GF food from here. They cannot be trusted.
[Edit 2 - BurgerFuel contacted us and advised us of the investigation they undertook to find out what happened. They also advised of a complete nationwide staff training exercise they are doing to remind ALL staff of teh importance of handling allergies correctly. While this won't make us go back, I do have confidence that they took this seriously and want to correct process issues. Hats off to BurgerFuel]
