I would actually really like to give this place a good review because generally speaking the was decent but unfortunately all I can tell you is I paid $23 for hamburger that I could not eat. I specifically ordered a burger wrapped with lettuce because we needed it to be gluten-free. Of course, we didn’t realize this until we left town and couldn’t go back. So I sent them a message through the confirmation email asking for a refund and got zero response. So they took my $23 and gave me nothing in return. As a business, you can’t offer online ordering and then not have online support. Now, of course because it’s been more than 24 hours my only option is to call them and who has time for that? So if you’re ordering takeout, buyer beware.
