I am celiac and vegan, many times they have prepared a vegan and gluten-free burger option for me, but today the manager wakes up telling me that it is not possible... having all the products in the kitchen and the other employees agreed to make it for me until the manager arrived and forbade them. So I came from Elgoibar to eat a sad portion of potatoes. What a shame! What can I say, for me it was the worst experience because of the person in charge on duty, she left me without eating….

The gluten-free options give you disgusting frozen bread, and the drink machine comes out with water instead of soda, the worst BK I've ever been to, on top of that to handle the bad reviews they make you give 5 stars and they give you a free ice cream
