I don’t live local to Deland but made a pit stop here to grab some food before hitting the road. I have a gluten allergy and the staff member who helped me was VERY knowledgeable, as he stated that his sister actually has celiac disease. It’s rare to find people around these parts who are well versed in that. Mikey was the staffs name. He said he just started at this location and I must say that it was a breathe of fresh air to have someone so nice and not act like I’m inconveniencing anyone by needing a couple little changes to my order. Mikey is a good egg and I’ll definitely be stopping thru here the next time I’m in the area.
