Not at all happy... half of the ordering screens don't work, you ask a waitress a question, she answers one thing, you go to the counter and it's another.
A person I was with is vegetarian and gluten intolerant, they didn't want to change the bun on the hamburger...
You ask them why and they say “company policy” (if so you should look at it)
But then he tells you that he can change the other buns if it were a meat burger, but not because it is vegetable. (Textual words of the person in charge)
The bathrooms downstairs were closed, and the only open bathroom upstairs (for people with reduced mobility) was disgusting and had puddles on the floor, I almost returned the entire dinner with the strong smell of urine there.
Obviously, if customers do not know how to aim correctly when urinating, it is not the employees' fault, but I do find it shameful that a person with reduced mobility has to go into a bathroom like that, leaning on dirty railings, thinking that that person has to support YES or YES in the cup and that cup is full of piss...
I know these are busy times, but we are still customers and humans, and if we go to a restaurant (even a fast food restaurant) we want to have good treatment and be comfortable.
Customer service is not easy, but there is no lack of respect, and I say this because both I and the people who accompanied me saw how the manager looked at me very badly and talked about me to her colleagues.
(Madam, don't worry, it happens to all of us who work in front of the public almost daily, and everyone else wants to know the gossip, but experience shows you that you still have to have respect for others, and even more so if the client speaks well to you, as in my case because I know what it is like to endure complaints and it is not a dish of good taste for anyone.)
I want to clarify that I am from Salou, I have been going to this Burger King for many years, even at 2:00 in the morning, and I have never had such a bad experience.
