Burger Monger

Absolutely love gf fries from here and have frequented this place for years and been ok. Although reading prior review, I know what their gf bun looks like and always triple check. They have delish turkey, hamburger, impossible burgers , and its always a great experience! The patio is nice and they built up a beautiful bar area. The new owners have added tons to the menu, but I keep with what I know works and I love as my special treat every so often with friends or fam! Always upgrade to better burger patty, u will not regret it!

If I could give zero stars I would. You guys lack any type of good service from the food being cold to having the one most important detail to my order wrong. If your uber eats order says gluten free bun make sure to put one doesn’t matter if you don’t think they might not need it. I have celiac disease spent 32 dollars on a order for a burger and fries and I cant eat my burger thanks to whichever ignorant worker was making this order in a rush to close, because they proceeded to ignore my calls from 9:45 -9.59 pm. I didn’t expect to bite into a burger and not feel the gluten free texture and I had my fiancee who doesn’t have celiac disease try the bun and she confirmed it’s definitely not because the textures are so different.

The burger was great. I have a gluten allergy and asked if there was a dedicated dryer for the fries like the other TB area location have and I was met with irritations as if I was ridiculous for even asking. When I asked the same irritated guy if my bun was gluten free(again, allergy here) he smuggly said yes ma'am. This location won't see us again. Grateful for downtown Tampa location. They are kind and more than happy to answer any of my gluten-free questions.
