I recently visited Burgatory Bundoora and was blown away by the amazing service provided by the Manager PD. As someone who has a gluten-free diet, I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of options on the menu that catered to my dietary requirements. When I asked PD about the gluten-free options, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, offering suggestions and answering all of my questions with a smile. What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention that PD provided. He went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was prepared without any cross-contamination and that it tasted delicious. The burger was cooked to perfection and the gluten-free bun was soft and fluffy, just like a regular bun! But the exceptional service didn't stop there. PD also offered my daughter a delicious ice cream, which she absolutely loved. It was the perfect end to our meal and left us feeling satisfied and happy. Overall, I would highly recommend Burgatory Bundoora to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional customer service. PD truly went above and beyond to cater to my dietary requirements and ensure that our dining experience was top-notch.
