i have a bunch of food allergies. they use canola oil in the fryers, have a dedicated gluten free fryer for fries, and the staff double checked ingredients and answered all my questions cheerfully even though I am a pain in the ass to serve because I can't have so many things. I built my own smashburger that came on a bed of greens. the fresh jalapeños are on the spicy side but delicious if you like it spicy add them. I will definitely be back and if you have allergies and it has turned eating out into a nightmare, be ready to fall in love with this place.
