The number of years I have waited for a gluten free fried chicken sandwich was WAY too long. Burning Bridges does it right!! I will continue to frequent this establishment over & over again (please don't judge!!!)

Was looking for a different place to eat and the wife and I ended up here. Had never heard of it before, saw the sign and said, "Why not?" At first glance it looks like a normal cafe like you'd see in any small town but the menu choices are very urban. Unless your small town has gluten free gyro burgers. I was balking a little at the prices - $17 for a double burger and $14 for the Gyro burger. All told with optional tip it came to almost $40 and that did NOT include a drink. But we were there and we thought we'd give it a shot. Glad we waited. The double burger was way too much food for me. I was used to a double burger being moderate portions. Yeah right. The double burger came out to 12 oz and was more than enough. The wife got the Gyro burger and she couldn't tell me how it was until it was all gone. She absolutely loved it. Each burger came with a side of fries and her and I could have split one order and been fine. We bought cans of soda for $1 each, which was a lot but otherwise we'd have had nothing to drink. Our meals came in sacks as if it were to go even though we were staying in. I noted a lot of the tables were dirty and in need of a wipe-down because of this. The girl at the register was the one doing it and she had a steady stream of customers and couldn't just ignore them to get to the tables. In the end, it was a great meal but were I to go back I'd do it a bit differently. I wouldn't order a double. I'd see if there was a sandwich only option so we could split the fries. I'd take it to go so I could have a drink with it at home. But yeah, a bit pricey but well worth it.
