The quality of the food has steadily decreased over the last several months. We went tonight and ordered 2 starters and two meals. The starters were the bacon wrapped dates and the mushrooms with goat cheese. They were decent. My wife ordered pasta bolognese (gluten free). It came out quickly, pasta was pretty al dente and the ragu was fair. I ordered a Cuban sandwich which took forever to get. In fact, my wife was able to eat her entire menu and we had to ask for my sandwich and just took it to go. It was also fair at best. For a $100 bill, they could do much better. It’s one more place we will add to the list to not visit. It’s too expensive to get meh food and have to wait for it.

First time at this restaurant and we sat at the bar for dinner. Bartenders/servers were polite as well as entertainers while making delicious scratch drinks. I was able to order delicious gluten-free soup and dessert, they have a separate menu. Really enjoyed our dinner!

Paella in Poulsbo is an absolute must-visit! As an Italian food "snob," and unfortunately gluten free, I'm always on the hunt for the perfect dish. And let me tell you, the Gluten Free Penne Bolognese at Paella is spot on. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the sauce is rich and savory. I'm already planning my next visit to try more dishes. The atmosphere at Paella is wonderful, and the bartenders are fantastic. They really know their stuff when it comes to crafting the perfect margarita. The drink menu is creative and offers something for everyone. The restaurant's location in Poulsbo only adds to its charm. It's a great spot to grab a delicious meal after a day of exploring the town. I can't recommend Paella enough. If you're looking for a spot that offers delicious food, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere, then Paella is the place to be!!!
