The drinks were good, the food was decent.
As a Texas girl, the steak was okay, not great, but that's hard to find this far north without paying $100+ a plate. The sweet potato fries were crispy and almost on the edge of too salty (and I like mine well salted in the first place). We also ordered a gluten free burger, the bun was surprisingly not horrible (iykyk), but the meat was a bit dry.
The selling point for us was the extensive gluten free menu, which is what took this restaurant from 3 star to a 4 star.
From what we could tell, there were only a few items missing from the regular menu that weren't able to be converted to GF. We felt comfortable that they were taking cross-contamination seriously with separate fryers/work areas. Our celiac party member didn't experience any reactions.
This is a great date/work night outing, more casual, but still nice vibes, upbeat background music and brighter lights.
