Bushfire Kitchen - Rancho Cucamonga

I would be very cautious coming here!! My first time here service was excellent and I felt as though they took allergens seriously. Yet the second time I came I was told everything served here was gluten free, even though the menu states several gluten-containing items. I told the staff about my allergy before I ordered and I was ensured my meal would be prepared gluten-free. I was served a salad with croutons and the staff proceeded to explain how they were unsure if the croutons were gluten free or not. I asked if they could please remake it without croutons to be safe. They did and then served me a new salad and told me they were also now unsure if the dressing was gluten free and there was no way to tell if any of their dressings were gluten free aside from ranch and their aioli. Staff seemed very unsure of what ingredients truly contain gluten. She did confirm the croutons did contain gluten and were NOT gluten free. I did not eat the meal just to be safe…. Will not be returning here unfortunately :(
