First time eating here on Saturday, as someone with celiac disease I was prepared to question the staff on the food but they told me everything that I needed to know without me asking. They knew which parts of the meal would be swapped, how it would impact the dish, everything. For folks with severe food intolerances/autoimmune disorders this is wonderful, and puts my mind at ease. The food was lovely, I was expecting some veg but even without that the salmon was cooked perfectly and was seasoned so well. It was just a tasty dish. If gluten free folk are looking for a place to eat that can put them at ease and still provide a range of options this is a good place.
