We went to Longmire Springs Brewery and stumbled upon Butter Butte Charcuterie! It was a perfect pairing with the ciders and beer. We ordered a delicious cheese and some gluten free pretzels bites. The lady who owned the place was very knowledgeable about the cheeses and her other products. Highly recommend!
