Absolutely love Butterfly! This has been a weekly stop for our household since I first discovered it 4 years ago. You can never go wrong here. The sandwiches are amazing—the focaccia bread is SO good, and if you’re gluten intolerant like me they also use good gluten free bread. My go-to is the lunchbox! It’s a sandwich, cookie (today was a fresh baked oatmeal raisin), a bag of Boulder chips, and your choice of drink—I suggest the hibiscus refresher. They also make great breakfast, awesome coffee, and refreshing and nourishing smoothies! This is hands down one of the best little spots in Fort Collins. Bonus?! The tomato soup. Best. In. Town.

We were passing through town and wanted to grab a quick breakfast. We found this place on Google and decided to drive 2 miles out of our way to try it. We both had the breakfast sandwich, mine with gluten free bread. My friend got a muffin as well. They were all soooo delicious! If we lived here we would eat at this place often.
