Butterhead Salad Company

Oh. My. Goodness. Thank all things holy and right in the world that Sabina has opened Butterhead Salad Company on Main Street in Beacon! I just finished one of their signature quinoa bowls and it was outstanding. Fresh produce, delicious roasted sweet potatoes, and I added on some falafel on a whim at the last minute - best decision EVER. Sabina's falafel is the most delicious I've ever tasted. And it's gluten-free!! She's got options for vegetarians and vegans, and she and her team couldn't be sweeter and more accommodating to me with my special needs diet. (GF / vegan) With a dearth of options for folks like me in Beacon - especially since Vegetalien closed recently - Butterhead Salad Co is like an oasis in the "healthy AND delicious" food desert. Thank you for the best salad I've had in a loooooong time, Sabina! I can't wait to come back.
